TimberCulture does not use any advertising, analytics or tracking technology. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Facebook or Meta pixel, and no remarketing of any kind in this app.

We use a small amount of storage on your device to keep you logged in and to run the app. We also use some optional storage to remember your preferences, and an optional Google Maps view to show your delivery location. Optional items are only used if you accept them.

When a registered TimberCulture customer uses this ordering app, our app platform (Base44) may record information about which pages of the app are visited. This activity information is recorded server-side and does not itself place an additional cookie or storage item on your device.

We may use this information to understand how the ordering service is used and to help operate and improve it. It is not used for third-party advertising or remarketing. Further information about how we process personal information is in our Privacy Policy.

This app does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta/Facebook Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or any advertising or remarketing technologies.

If we introduce analytics, advertising or other tracking technologies in future, we will review our consent requirements and update this policy. Where consent is legally required, those technologies will not be activated before the appropriate consent has been obtained.
